Truck Loading Rack – Digital Control Valve rebuild and testing services
One of the essential elements to a safe and accurate truck loading system is the Flow Control Valve’s smooth operation. A low performing flow control valve is a potential safety issue and can impact the accuracy of the loading system. A proper valve rebuild restores the integrity of the Control Valve and the truck loading operation itself.
C&W Meter Service is uniquely qualified to inspect, rebuild, and test all truck rack digital control valves’ types and sizes. With over 35 years of truck-terminal experience, we can provide a factory style rebuild that includes a full functional test at standard loading flow rates of the rebuilt valve assembly. All valves are set up on our flow bench and wired to an electronic preset for a full digital valve style functional test at various flow rate setpoints. This test simulates normal truck loading operations using kerosene as the test fluid and ensures smooth valve operation under actual flowing conditions.
C&W is well equipped to rebuild and test all 4″ and smaller Digital Control Valves. Commonly serviced valves include the piston style valves from Brooks/Brodie and the diaphragm based 210 Control Valves from FMC/TechNip (Smith). We will evaluate service on larger control valves upon request.
